Sentenced to 10 years and $60,000 fines for art
Born and raised in South Central. Sight became known as the “king of south central” because of his prolific graffiti career. But his name was catapulted to the national stage when he was handed down the most severe sentencing for graffiti to date. His story has been told by various news and radio outlets, most notably Sight was featured on the cover of LA Weekly in 2012 in “Los Angeles War on Street Art”. While there have been several offers to tell his story in documentary and fictional form, Sight has opted to tell his story in his own words, penning his autobiography in his own unassuming prose.
